Transplanting Kidneys From Living Donors Is a Global Problem

There is no transparency in the system and no accountability. We should have shared decision making, where a transparent center is required to share information with their patients. A kidney that's rejected in new york could be flown to california, but a kidney rejected in winnipeg can't be given to a dying patient in north dakota. There are lotso s we haven't yet succeeded in co ordinating with canada, which is just crazy. It's a global problem that requires a global solution.
