Vegetable Prep 101 - What's Not Boudnois?
I don't think a single successful chef has ever come out of an individual like that. What is vegetable prep 101 look like in culinary school? Is it just, you get the knife, I show you how to dice an onion, and then you do 12 courts or what is it? You know, I still use the French laundry. There's a page in the French laundry that has every knife cut that you would need in a kitchen. And they're actually photo to the size in relation. If you can do that and do that well and do it with your eyes closed, then yes. But even still, what you learn in kitchens will never matter.
