The Burn Out of the Administration
In the last 10 to 20 years, we've seen a stark rise in what i'll just call the administration class. And you see this in medical light fields, hospitals. You see this in universities especially. And it's that kind of bloat of a administration and bureaucracy. I think burgeoning. Like self described political stance, which is progressive libertarian,. But i think the best way to run a company is to be a progressive, libertarian leader.
