The Clinical Significance of Isolated Vomit in Pediatric Head Injury
The clinical significance of these is sometimes hard to determine. Abagi hematoma is one of those isolated things that we sometimes see without any other symptoms and that's considered high risk. The evidence has shown that pure isolated vomiting without the other signs or symptoms is very rarely associated with the significant TBI.
