Sibling tension, sibling rivalry between your kids. That's one of my very biggest triggers. And it's not really something that I can prevent per se because sibling rivalry is a completely normal and natural part of childhood. But other triggers, I do have control over like, I tend to yell and get super angry if we are running late for school. What can I build into our routine that will minimize this trigger so that I don't feel so angry? Some you could even potentially totally eliminate.
