Halloween Candy Tampering

Police in at least two Wisconsin towns are investigating reports of possible Halloween candy tampering. The world's leading researcher on Halloween candy tampering Joel Best has found little evidence to substantiate Halloween candy fears. In his research he found that there's only been one confirmed death from a poisoned Halloween candy and it wasn't from a nefarious stranger who wanted to harm trick or treaters.
