Arwen is an interesting demonstration of how shame can come up. He's living life under an alias and he has kind of he's hiding from his ancestral line. We struggle as human beings to not take on the shame of our ancestors. I'm surprised that that came up in my brain but I think emotionally we really struggle to not connect with that because if we like look like our parents or if we act if we have some shared characteristics of our family which we probably would because genetics we do.
