The Importance of Realistic Goals in Chess

You have to think about the ego being a limited resource because what will happen is that you'll end up beating yourself up right um which is what happens with the bulimic patience. Boris would never put his rook behind that stupid pawn passively he would sacrifice the pawn and activate his rook but you're not i mean like that's the kind of thing that that you get to take with you when you meet and study with a strong player  is that they're kind of on your shoulder with you and that improves your ability to play that resume.
