Coach Education Is Culturally Resilient

I really resonates the idea that you know some of these practices or approaches are sort of culturally resilient. I think most of the time when you you see language in any of the literature or whether it's in Twitter or in discussions around traditional forms that's what they're espousing. The industrialized delivery mechanism has been woefully inadequate in addressing some of these culturally resilient things so even if you do go on your two and a half day or four week course where you talk about not doing some of these things unfortunately because they're so culturally resilient either the individual struggles to rid themselves of the habit or it's so prevalent elsewhere that you fall back into the habits, he says.
