How to Use Verb Modifiers to Express Meaning

He has adverbs but he has this monstrosity. This huge long list of verb modifiers which is just driving me nuts. There's no indication of what order they're supposed to go in. He should categorize these into you know mood aspect and put together a verb complex. And then the nouns I don't think it necessarily needs that much.
