How to Kickstart Processes

There are some essential parts to any UX process to any project that shouldn't be skipped and then you go around adapting them to the customer. Even if you have one week to solve this problem think how much of a time you can spend doing all those four or five stages even if so little time maybe you can even do it in one day. It's important to set the right expectations for your stakeholders even if we know that the process is never perfect it's never going to maybe even work out in a way you plan it in the beginning. Be aligned on the goals and on the success of this possible of this project that would be also my bottom line.
