There was a questionable idea about starting this war on drugs, right? And and the amount of momentum needed to have made these rules. It took 15 years for rick doblin to come along and form, and other similar organizations. The new people who are in charge of these departments or salute, get there because thei'r solution oriented. I don't think it's as as active of a on going fight.
