Is There a Universal Funding System for All Science?
i don't think funding people, no projects, oror any other idea is likely to be like the one universal answer for all scientific funding. I could probably need range of different models of funding. An personat project probably has a bigger role than to day. There should be more of a middle ground of finding people who can do some good work and give them freedom to fail in doing it. Because yeso, sobtest was producing an exciting positive result.
