Morning Meditation on Beliefs

We can have self limiting beliefs about ourselves, about other people, about god. The exercise is to replace the self freeing beliefs with self freeing beliefs. If i think im a piece of trash who will never amount to anything, why not just go do destructive things? Because sometimes hurting myself feels good. Sometimes it makes me ee alive when i feel like i'm not worthy of living anyway. So i'll continue to hurt other people and throw myself away because, you know what, my dad was in prison too, from what i learned, and i belong in this place. Am so if that guy never stops to think about that, then he's now an adult man. He's 30
