Dopemine Detox - Number Two
Do a complete dopemine detox. Turn off notifications for apts that you do need but don't want to be disturbing you. Use some kind of a digital balance tool, like i use one called freedom,. There are third party aps which works on computer and phone to disable certain apts or limit your usage time. The last thing you need to do is fill in the hole. What is the hole in your heart that led to that eddiction on your phone? I think a lot of the reason we watched you twob or listen to podcast might be about feeling some kind of connection with other people.
