There's a definite divide as far as how people find the AWS consulting experience to be. The independent consultants just seem happier about it because for better or worse, we get to choose what we focus on in a way that I don't think you do at a larger company. With the pandemic and with the market where we are working in the cloud, in the cloud native solution and so on, there is a lot of demands. And the natural path is to start by working for a consulting film.
