Self Hypnosis Can Help You Feel Calm and Confident

Self hypnosis is an effective way to calm any anger and rage that could be rearing its head just below the surface of my conscious thoughts. When we allow our critical self to become more and more agitated, it actually affects our opinion of ourself. It can turn us against ourselves. And it goes back to that inner bully hwe often talk about on the show. We want instant gratification. If we don't feel right, we'd like to take a pill and have that problem immediately resolved.
