"To hire community people to build community and build new programmes, it's hittermits sometimes. And people who seem great end up just not being able to really rally the community," he says. "And yet, i'm cur like, have you seen that? And what are the things that you look for to know, like, this person has what it takes to really galvanize community?" 'I feel like it tells me a lot about people right away, is i don't start asking questions, and i don't say, tell me about yourself,' she adds.
