How Much a Dragon Kill Costs?

i don't think you can actually capture those kinds of costs in a single number. But i also get that government try to make things too legible sometimes. That wasino kind of way of backing into how much a dragon kill costs by thinking of how much death it would cause among highly trained, let people a lead operatives. Yes, the way that they ran the math is kind of cool. I wonder if that's how a mena governments might run expected military costs or something - right?
