The way it works is, you know, we're always looking for deals at one of my partners, sup. He under he leads our underwriting and acquisitions. We'll go to or that property, along with our property manager, our loan broker, as well as the real estate broker that has the listing. And then meanwhile, we're also doing the equity raising. You know, then we close on the property, so you get under first, under ac first, then you raise the equity.
