The Differences Between 65 and 65 Game Players

The league and the player association are going to have conditions on here as far as what counts as a game and what doesn't. Damian Lillard won't get to 65 because his team made the decision correct to shut him down so there could be conditions that say okay you we're gonna count you as like a 65 game player basic right? I don't know if I'll go any higher than that for Damian Lillard if he even makes one of my three all NBA teams.
