Is There Really Fast Wi-Fi in Mexico?

One of the things that I really took away from Mexico is how much they love random kids. You know, like John would be walking on the street and everybody would be like, hey, hi, hi Look at this kid. It's kind of like, if you're in a band or something, the way people go after dogs. And they're like, your dog's so cute. Yeah, it just loves kids so much.
