But i think we're a long way away from anyone feeling they can actually make a move. There is only one very strong institution in putins russia. This institution is vladimir puzin. He has, it seems, become the state and re fashioned it in his own image for years to come. If to imagine that puttin evaporates to day, you'll see the country without any real possibilities to construct a kind of functioning semi democracy or hybridism. It's much easier to imagine regime similar to putin.
