What's Going on With the Up Skill in Initiative?

Ipef is constantly something we're talkng about on this programme. But it's holding its first inperse and ministerial meeting this week at ala. What do we know so far about what countries, what t woneer the countries discussing? Well, they all showed up, all 14 counting the united states. And most of them set ministers, which is good. I think there were two on. The philippines did not. In any event, they are a little bit a disadvantage because we're recording this before the meeting is over.
