Food addiction is not really a thing yet to many people, ecause it's not in the d s m. A lot of doctors won't acknowledge it, even some of the plant base doctors. To me, what food adiction means is refined food addiction. You're not really addicted to food and eating. If you don't eat, you'll die. But there are particular foods, specifically foods like sugar and flour that are very highly refined carbohydrates,. That when we ingest them, they have a more drug like behavior than food like behaviour. It sets off that insatiable desire for more.
