Reforms in India
India has had a 20 year run of gradually higher uno grose rates. And then the reforms allowed these guys to resort. So there was a huge amount of resorting that happened. This is when we now like desperately crying out for a second generation of reforms. But i still feel like it might have ended a little prematurely because of some very poor decisions.
