The Importance of Keeping Records of Your Home
Some extras you can choose but are not routinely covered in home insurances and silary rebuild costs. You need to check if there are limits and how it affects your premiums. Having home insurance after purchase of a property is not a legal requirement, but I think it's worthwhile. Check twice yearly for smoke alarms that aren't working or don't work at all. Don't lie during an insurance purchase or renewal because they will find out. And remember always read the PDS.
