Is There a Reaction to the Lack of Diversity in Ling Centres?
The f a have made a point of showing what they're doing with these 60 emerging lant centres, and focusing on inclusivity. I think sometimes for this to be a long term solution, i feel like it doesn't need, it needs to be reactive, but it also needs to be really structured well. And i also think, yes, the f a are a part of this issue, they aren't the people that can solely solve it by themselves. So i think youre making sure that it's a whole rounded approach.
