How do you go from feeling broken to becoming unbreakable?
While almost everyone has struggled with mental health at some point in their lives, emotional and mental pain can sometimes be harder to talk about than physical pain. But what if having the right words could turn fear, anxiety, and depression into motivation and power to achieve your goals?
To go deeper into this topic, we are thrilled to have Jay Glazer as our guest today. Jay is a TV personality, NFL insider, mental health advocate, and author of the brand-new book, Unbreakable: How I Turned My Depression and Anxiety into Motivation and You Can Too. Jay is here to talk about why it’s so important to learn how to voice your experience so that no one has to suffer in silence.
When you’re struggling through difficult times, opening up to someone else can sometimes be the hardest thing to do. But it’s okay to not be okay. Listen in as Jay talks about how to take small, simple steps to break through ruminating thoughts and conquer your day.
