How to Detect Copyright Infringement in AI Systems

I think the maximal blowback on people who are using this tool is cases that already would have been considered copyright infringement if you had been looking at the project that came from in one tab and then writing code in the other tab. It reminds me to some extent of the early days of music sharing, where a lot of people were sharing stuff illegally. There was just way too many people doing it for them to like try and sue everyone.
