The Avalanches Are Really Cool in Synthesizers and Synths
Jens Leckman is inspired by the avalanches using these samples on one of his albums called Night Falls Over Closer Della. Beverly Glenn Copeland has a song specifically called Ever New, which the synth wise like it's one of those albums that was sort of rediscovered more recently. And another like songwriter who I think does interesting things both with song and production is Cassio Tone for the Painfully Alone.
