The Switch to Subscriptions

I think it's just like a forever struggle to just you know, do your best. Do you use, do you just use like normal email or do you have some kind of help triage system or service or something? I just do it the dumb way. So yeah, I know there are better tools out there, but I part of it kind of likes the just to like,Yeah, it's just email. Like it's just really simple. Yeah, I don't mind it to be honest with you.
