WebAssembly: The New Z Lib

WebAssembly has the opportunity of performing in a sense like semantic compression in a way that poor Z lib can't. The old implementation, well, it just didn't free stuff. 11 gigabytes is annoying for CI systems because sometimes you have a machine with like 8 gigabytes and then it just runs out of memory or your build dies. New version with the WebAssembly process requires only 4 gigabytes of RAM. It uses, like for a release build, it takes I think 3.2 gigs of RAM, something like this. Now they unlock the ability to build on their machine and contribute.
