What's Happened to Saul?

Saul was a prized pupil of the greatest rabbi of antiquity. The scales fall from his eyes in a way that is kind of linked to his own baptismal illumination. That conversion brings us to a breaking point, because up until that stage you have some fishermen and tax collectors proclaiming that Jesus the Messiah.
