How Do You Know When You're Not Sure What You Want to Do?
I think that almost always has been a trust in that if there's a sufficient desire in me to do something or to learn something then that in itself is is worth pursuing. There was a retreat with a guy called young chip chase in Japan that we actually met up with you just before attending and I had no practical reason to go like I didn't really know the guy it was really expensive. But I feel like there's something in me like I really want to go to this I don't understand why and I went and it was an amazing experience for many reasons. Afterwards we ended up connecting we both stayed on a day and he essentially invited me to run some workshops with him around emotional resilience
