The way that the starting structure of an explanation is going to determine so much. Usually what happens is there is starting structure to an explanation, but it's not stated. It's not clear where the person is starting from. And that leads to a lot of confusion. So why is that so important? Well, if we step back and ask: What do people really need to get to see that another person is wrong?
