How to Give a Massive Transfusion

If you believe the major trials, the first thing you should be giving is playlets. Playlets can't be given through your rapid infusion system. The second I give blood to a trauma patient, I give T-X-A. And that really narrows down the cohort and makes for the maximal benefit.
