Most boundaries can be clearly established very likely in literally one or two sentences and then you're just done. Sometimes we just need to say here is my boundary depending on the person we're talking to because the reason it's important to you might be a point of defensiveness or it may be a place for them to initiate an argument. Being careful about how you communicate things to people is a wonderful way to protect yourself from further boundary violations.
