Taking a Different Approach to Problems

Most of us can't go 30 seconds without jumping in and offering solutions. But this is really a powerful method for those problems where either it's something we've been banging our heads against tons of times or when you need to come up with a creative solution. One powerful question is just to say, what's your own part in creating this problem? Because very often, like people, they describe problems as if it's something that's infected upon them from the external world.
