Is the Bible the Only Infallible Rule?

The Bible is unique in its nature as the inspired Word of God, and functions with greater authority than other legitimate authorities. Alternative models for purportedly infallible rules of faith have four decisive problems with them,. No precedent in the Old Testament, no instantiation in the New Testament or clear changes to the death penalty. There's nothing wrong with that kind of empirical reasoning.
