Rafael: Why Do We Undervalue? Competent Management is a nice introduction to all of the underlying work. I'd like to recommend a book, which is the biography of Edith Pernrose. She started her career as an economist in the 40s and ended up creating a school of thought at a time when there weren't many female economists. And it's just, you know, finding reading her life was a great experience.
