What's Next for TPFG?

A head of expectations for 2022 is probably going to see a tough year in 2023 because of the hiatus in mortgage approvals. But that's already beginning to recede, so we don't know whether to dive in now by them when they're cheap or wait until disappointing H1 numbers come in and maybe pick the shares up 10 or 20% cheaper then. Tricky one, isn't it? I don't know if it's a little postcard as always, we're trying to predict the future and my guess is about the future.
