The supreme court enunciated, basicaly, a four part test. Even where the parties don't hold themselves out as creating a security, maybe the nature of their economic relationships is much more like a security. When digal assets came along, when tokens came along, we think that investment scheme kind of tags along with the asset and keeps on being sold and resold. Because if the digal asset is itself a security and this is really where the great debate is lying, it's very problematic.
