i think full, free, far open release of scientific data is an pect that would differ for a commercial version of the art. The accords represent common ground among the nations that have acceded to them. There's nothing there that actually contradicts the moon agreement. And what we say relative to space resources is that you have the ability and the right to extract and utilize space resources.
