You can have a vague understanding of intent. I mean, what's the intent of basketball? Right. So you know, these intents aren't explicit. But we kind of can sort of figure out what they are. And what is the intent of the tax code? There's a bunch of intents. It raises revenue, but it also incense and disincent certain activities through different amounts of taxation.
