What Makes It Go?
Feynman was asked to review some textbooks for kids I think in the LA school district and so he basically called them all lousy. He said that they were just kind of repeating these sort of textbook definitions without any insight. There's also a series of YouTube videos that you can find that kind of cover interviews where he's talked about again in a sort of classic style in explaining phenomena.
