It's trying to get the focus into the training and not trying to do everything. A lot of older climbers find that they especially if you're post retirement and you have more time in your hands is you're still just as psyched and motivated as you ever were. The one thing that we would do across the board however is looking at just full body strength just to make sure that you're staying healthy. If you start neglecting the rest of your body and be too focused just on that one area then you start to get niggles and issues.
