Is There a Subset of Rules for the Annual Rickies, Annies and Keynotes?

Annies have their own subset of rules, you know what i mean? Or just rop up the top, like, there ware two types of rickies, annies and keenes. I mean, really, then it's like a whole third set of rules. Once a host chooses something as an annual pick, they cannot reuse it in the calendar year. So all these works for me.
