DeSantis Stumbles Into the 2024 Race

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis stumbled into the 2024 race last night. His much anticipated Twitter spaces launched with CEO Elon Musk was plagued by technical difficulties and frustration that was captured on hot mics. Donald Trump called the launch a disaster and a catastrophe adding, I know Ron, the way he handled his announcement, he will handle the country. Before last night's stumbles, DeSantis was already facing an uphill climb for this nomination. He trails Trump by more than 20 points across four different polls that we saw released this week. Today, Trump picked off another endorsement in Florida from Congressman Daniel Webster.
