The Power of Awareness
The first discovery of meditation is that you can feel your body breathing anywhere in the body. Within a fraction of a breath, something will distract you okay and it'll be a thought but we are infinitely self-distracting never mind the outside world distracting us as well. It turns out it's not so easy to just attend moment by moment by moment or moment by moment to any aspect of experience so that's where that's where I'm going with this.
